Suggested Usage:
-Using the built-in spoolie, brush brow hairs to reveal sparse areas.
-Draw short, upward strokes in the direction of natural hair growth.
-Glide the spoolie through brows to blend.
-Finish by setting brows into place with In Frame Brow Gel (sold separately).
