Suggested Usage:
To wear as a shadow:
-Squeeze a pea-size amount onto the back of the hand, fingertips, or directly onto a brush.
-Gently pat over the lid using a finger; or use a dense shadow brush to swipe over lids, beginning at the center and blending outwards.
-Add additional layers to deepen color or blend multiple colors together to create desired look.
-Paint It Up has 20 to 30 seconds of play time to build, layer, and blend before setting into place.

To wear as an eyeliner:
-Pick up a small amount of Paint It Up with an angled eyeliner brush.
-Use short strokes to stamp the color along the lash line.
-Smudge for a smoky look or extend to the outer corners to create a wing.

-Apply as a base before eyeshadow to smooth and even lids, intensify color, and extend wear time.
