Suggested Usage:
-Dip the brush once and apply to the skin along the upper lash line on both eyes. Do not wash off.
-Allow to dry for at least 90 seconds before applying other eye products. There`s no need to apply to the lower lash line.
-Use twice daily, morning and evening, on clean, dry skin.
-Ophthalmologist-tested; prostaglandin-free; and compatible with contact lenses, lash lifts, lash extensions, and false lashes.
