Suggested Usage:
-To transform your favorite matte or satin blush into a radiant finish, swirl a tapered powder or highlighter brush into the Cheek Popper.
-Apply to the apple of the cheeks, moving upwards to the cheek bones.
-Apply before or after blush.

-Apply the Cheek Popper immediately after foundation to the areas you want to glow.
