Suggested Usage:
For a soft look:
-Apply to the back of the hand.
-Use finger to lightly dab color on the lip, focusing color intensity on the center of the lip and blending out to the edges.
For a bold look:
-Use the pointed edge of the applicator to line the edges of the lips.
-Then use the flat side to fill in.
