What Else You Need to Know: Made with a high concentration of salicylic acid, this watery serum delivers surface-level exfoliation, encouraging natural shedding of dead skin. It’s also lipophilic (oil-soluble), meaning it can penetrate pores to reduce the appearance of acne.
Clinical Results: In a clinical-efficacy study on 29 subjects, applied once daily in the evening for 6 weeks:
- It visibly cleared up acne blemishes and allowed skin to recover
- It penetrated pores to visibly control blackheads and whiteheads
