Suggested Usage:
-For a glitter-lipstick look, apply Dreamdust on top of lipstick using the makeup brush or fingertips and blend outward to achieve the desired level of sparkle.
-For a glitter-blush look, apply to the highest points of cheekbones using the applicator or fingertips.
