Suggested Usage:
-Use once nightly.
-Apply to clean, makeup-free upper lids in the same area you would apply eyeliner.
-Using the felt tip applicator provided, apply a thin line to the base of your upper lash line with eyes closed, taking care to avoid getting product into eyes.
-Fan dry for a few seconds before repeating on the other eyelid.
