Suggested Usage:
-Using the Sublime Perfection Concealer Brush (sold separately), sweep a sheer wash of powder across the under-eye area to visibly blur fine lines and imperfections and set concealer.
-To create a subtle lifted effect, apply additional concealer and powder along the outer eye up toward the temple, almost to the brow bone.
