Suggested Usage:
-Soak a cotton pad with toner and smooth over the entire face, moving from the center outwards.
-Repeat until the cotton pad wipes clean.
-For best results, use after cleansing with the Biosource Softening Cleansing Milk or Enriched Cleansing Foam (each sold separately).
