What it is:

Prepare lips for color with this smooth Lip Primer formula. It locks in your lip color, preventing it from flaking or bleeding.
Isotridecyl Isononanoate, Octyldodecanol, Silica, Ozokerite, Ceresin, Synthetic Wax, Quaternium-18 Bentonite, Ethylene/Propylene Copolymer, Ethylhexylglycerin, Caprylyl Glycol, Tocopheryl Acetate, 1,2 Hexanediol.
Suggested Usage:
-Apply as a basecoat before Liquid Lipstick or Lip Gloss, or use it as a conditioning treatment on its own.

-Store in a cool, dry place.
