What it is: A new creamy, matte, high-pigment eyeliner in a warm-russet shade.
Ingredient Callouts: Free of sulfates SLS and SLES, parabens, formaldehydes, formaldehyde-releasing agents, phthalates, mineral oil, retinyl palmitate, oxybenzone, coal tar, hydroquinone, triclosan, and triclocarban, and contains less than one percent of synthetic fragrances. This product is also cruelty-free and gluten-free.
What Else You Need to Know: This eyeliner is infused with emollient oils and natural waxes, so it glides on easily with a gel-like application. The smudge-proof, waterproof formula lasts for up to 16 hours and can be used on the waterline.

Suggested Usage:
-Start by pulling your lid taut with your spare hand.
-Sweep the eyeliner pencil across your upper lash line, then retrace the line for added intensity.
