Suggested Usage:
-May be applied wet with a sponge or dry with a makeup brush or powder puff.
-For a sheer, natural-matte finish, apply over daytime moisturizer or makeup primer with the enclosed powder puff or "dust" it on with a makeup brush.
-For full-coverage matte foundation makeup, blend or "stipple" product onto skin with a damp sponge.
